Alpharetta Auto Service Center

My Ford dealer said I needed a new catalytic converter. The dealers price seemed high so I called Alpharetta Auto Service Center for an estimate and they came in significantly lower even with OEM parts. So I dropped off the car and authorized the work. To my pleasant surprise, I got a call from my service advisor Alex saying that all diagnostics indicated the converter was OK and no replacement was necessary. Their honesty literally saved me thousands of dollars. They did some other work for me and everything was prompt and as quoted. Communication was excellent and service quick, unlike my experiences with other car repair providers. These guys have earned my trust!

This is a great family-owned and managed auto repair shop. I have been using them for over 25 years and I feel like you get honest feedback on your vehicle with no attempt to upcharge. I have always received good service and recommend them highly.

This auto service center do excellent job. I have taken my car there twice for oil change and it was within minutes and a perfect job, also got a first hand maintenance tip that would help me as I use my car. Apart from being good at what they do, they are also affordable. I recommend Alex and his team any day anytime 👍

Alex and his team at Alpharetta Auto have been providing the best service for years. I’ve trusted them with my car for everything — oil changes, repairs, maintenance — and they always do an amazing job. Alex is one of the most honest and genuine people in this business. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and never tries to sell you something you don’t need. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly rely on, but Alex has earned my trust time and time again. My car always runs great after every visit, and I know it’s being taken care of the right way. If you want real, quality service, go to Alpharetta Auto. Don’t waste your time or money next door at those chain places — Christian Brothers and Take 5 can’t compare to the honesty and personal care you’ll get here.

I really like this place. Alpharetta Auto Service Center is just a few blocks from my home. I drive past it all the time. When I bought a "new-used" car I took it to a low cost brake shop and immediately noticed vibration when braking. Instead of taking it back there I decided to try Alpharetta Auto. This full service shop correctly diagnosed my problem and submitted a list of items that needed to be addressed. Their diagnosis was through and their prices are fair. Invoicing was clear and I wasn't pressured into having work done that I wasn't ready for. Alex was awesome. He offered both transportation home and pick up once my vehicle was ready. They also have a waiting area upstairs. My car now runs like new and I've found a new home for my auto repair needs.
